Henry Yang
Henry is a renowned Internet economy expert and the sole founder of iResearch. He was among the first crop of Internet industry professionals in China and also a regular speaker at most major Internet conferences in China.
Henry joined Soim in 1999 as a Marketing Manager. In late 1999, he and his partners raised money and founded WiseHorse, an Internet advertising and marketing firm.
Henry founded iResearch in late 2002. iResearch is currently the most influential Internet research and consulting firm in China, counting almost all major Chinese Internet companies and a number of overseas financial institutions and TMT companies among its clients.
Henry holds a B.S. degree from East China University of Science and Technology and a M.A. degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Henry currently serves as Permanent Member of China TMT Business Association, Vice Chairman of Business Information Industry Promotion Society (Preparing).
Besides iResearch, Henry Yang also founded a few other information consulting firms, including ChinaVenture (consulting service provider in China’s private equity investment industry). The business of ComInsight Group covers many fields of Information consulting service, including Internet and application of wireless, new media, education and entertainment.
