Mr. Chen Hongtao, DOB: January 1975. Education background: Bachelor of International Economic Law, BeiJing University; Master of Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law. Since 2000, he served as Legal adviser in Hong Kong LiTong(China) Limited; then as the Assistant General Manager for China Netcom fiber-optic network Limited Co; then He worked as the following positions: General Manager for China Network Communication Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch;General Manager of Shandong Province Branch; Assistant General Manager for North China region; Director for Science division in Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as the Deputy Director of a State Key Laboratory. From 2006 to now, he was appointed to the Deputy Director of Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone. He is responsible for software and service outsourcing, creative industries, etc. He is in charge of Xi'an Software Park Development Center, the Office of the creative industries, Xi'an Institute of software and service outsourcing.
